Role & Responsibilities

  • Cultivate long-term client relationships by providing exceptional customer service and personalized communication.
  • Actively engage in CRM initiatives to achieve set objectives and utilize clienteling tools effectively.
  • Leverage omnichannel services to enhance sales performance and meet individual and collective boutique targets.
  • Participate in training sessions and commercial activities as directed by store management and headquarters.
  • Maintain impeccable store presentation and proactively address any structural repairs needed.
  • Ensure compliance with Richemont's policies and standards.
  • Support post-sale customer service to ensure an impeccable after-sales experience.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a sales advisor in luxury or high-end retail.

Skills

Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both English and French. Proficiency in client relationship management and clienteling tools. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Experience

At least one prior experience in luxury or high-end fashion sales.
