Role & Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity reports.
  • Perform quantitative and qualitative sales analyses to identify sales opportunities and optimize stock flow.
  • Develop productivity tracking reports for high jewelry events.
  • Provide cross-functional support within the team for ad-hoc analyses.
  • Monitor the compliance and effectiveness of assortments by region and create fill rate vs. target stock reports.
  • Track production pieces and ensure clear communication.
  • Prepare biannual cluster/assortment review sessions.
  • Update Collection/Flying kits mappings in collaboration with Marketing for market communications.
  • Define assortments for events and store animations with markets.
  • Prioritize allocations by market according to assortments (store or event).

Qualifications

  • Student in final year of a Master's program or equivalent in business, engineering, political science, or a university course with a marketing specialization.
  • Previous internship experience required.

Skills

Strong analytical skills and ability to manage priorities in a dynamic environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Power BI is advantageous. Excellent numerical aptitude. Strong commercial awareness and communication skills, both oral and written. Interest in understanding diverse cultures and markets. Team-oriented with adaptability. Fluency in English is essential.

Experience

Beginner level, ideally with at least one internship experience.

Education

Master's degree or equivalent in business, engineering, political science, or marketing.
