Role & Responsibilities
- Act as an ambassador for the Chanel brand, promoting Watches & Fine Jewellery.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, focusing on high-net-worth individuals.
- Collaborate with the Fashion Division to convert existing Chanel clients to the Watches & Fine Jewellery segment.
- Provide exceptional customer service, offering a concierge-level experience.
- Contribute to the operational and administrative functions of the boutique.
- Engage in business development by networking and revitalizing dormant accounts.
- Propose strategic initiatives to attract VIP clients to the Bond Street Jewellery Flagship.
- Participate in Chanel's sustainability initiatives across key areas.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in a sales role within the luxury Watches & Fine Jewellery sector.
- Established network of high-net-worth individuals.
- Demonstrated ability to acquire and retain clients through sophisticated and emotionally intelligent interactions.
Skills
Experience
Demonstrated experience in a sales team within a luxury Watches & Fine Jewellery environment is required.
