Role & Responsibilities

  • Maximize and support all sales opportunities while maintaining Chanel standards for Watches and Fine Jewelry (W&FJ).
  • Collaborate with Chanel Fashion Advisors to guide clients through the Watches and Fine Jewelry universe.
  • Drive the Watches and Fine Jewelry business with a focus on client experience and sales.
  • Establish client needs and preferences, sharing brand stories and product expertise.
  • Apply high standards of product knowledge and selling skills to maximize sales opportunities across all categories, including high-end watches and high jewelry.
  • Act as the Watch and Fine Jewelry expert when collaborating with Fashion Advisors.
  • Maintain awareness of company and boutique sales targets, working towards commercial objectives and goals.
  • Collaborate with management, head office, and team members to support local events.
  • Complete necessary administration, adhering to procedures and policies.
  • Assist with regular stock level checks and ensure high-level aftersales care.
  • Maintain knowledge of current merchandising guidelines and set standards.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of luxury retail selling experience, preferably in a similar role or customer service setting.
  • Knowledge of operational standards and tasks.
  • Proven ability to drive and exceed individual and store results.

Skills

Excellent attention to detail. Strong communication skills and ability to multitask. Strong organization and follow-up skills. Professional presentation and behavior.

Experience

3+ years of experience in luxury retail selling, preferably in a similar role or customer service setting.

Workplace

This position is based in North York, Ontario, Canada.

Compensation

Competitive compensation with a base salary of 80-85k CAD annually plus incentives.
