Join Chanel in Tokyo as a Watch and Fine Jewelry Sales Advisor. Full-time role offering a dynamic work environment in luxury retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service for watches and fine jewelry, including diamonds, colored stones, and precious metals.
- Manage product repairs and communicate effectively with clients regarding service updates.
- Offer hospitality services to clients, including beverage service.
- Handle telephone inquiries and manage client information.
- Utilize digital tools such as LINE Works for client communication.
- Oversee product and equipment management, including inventory control and order processing.
- Administer budget management, including sales and expenses.
- Maintain boutique cleanliness and product displays.
- Wrap products and prepare for events, including domestic travel assistance.
- Engage in external sales activities and collaborate with partners and related departments.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail sales, particularly in watches and fine jewelry.
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury retail sales, preferably in watches and fine jewelry.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Workplace
This position is based in Tokyo, Tokyo, Japan.
