Role & Responsibilities

  • Enhance customer engagement by providing exceptional service in the Watch & Fine Jewelry department.
  • Utilize storytelling to create the 'Chanel Dream' and inspire customer aspirations.
  • Introduce Chanel's creativity and distinctiveness through professional storytelling, emphasizing heritage, modernity, craftsmanship, and brand positioning.
  • Collaborate with the fashion team to achieve business goals and share expertise.
  • Deliver excellent service in all situations, particularly when addressing customer concerns or conflicts.
  • Contribute positively to Chanel's brand image as a leading luxury brand.
  • Foster cohesive and enduring relationships with clients.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in delivering superior customer service.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Passion and knowledge of watches and fine jewelry.
