Join Chanel in Neuilly-sur-Seine as a Translation Project Coordinator. Manage translation projects and collaborate with international teams in a dynamic luxury environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Participate in internal project briefings to analyze needs, assist in formulating recommendations, and propose solutions.
  • Validate the source text in French.
  • Lead the translation project by setting objectives, strategy, resources, and organization.
  • Manage an international community of translators and validators.
  • Monitor KPIs and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Oversee the translation budget and prepare monthly reports.
  • Coordinate with IT teams regarding the Editions platform and other internal tools, suggesting improvements and innovations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management.
  • Strong interest in foreign languages and excellent command of French.

Skills

Proficiency in English and IT tools. Strong organizational and adaptability skills. Attention to detail and curiosity.

Experience

At least 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in a multilingual environment.

The role is situated in Neuilly-sur-Seine, Île-de-France, France — conveniently close to Paris.
