Chanel seeks a Timepieces and Fine Jewelry Specialist in Seoul. Join a prestigious luxury brand and contribute to boutique success through leadership and client engagement.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Contribute to achieving boutique targets and KPIs by leading the retail action plan.
  • Support and encourage Fashion Advisors to enhance boutique performance.
  • Monitor individual sales to foster growth in Watch and Fine Jewelry (WFJ) sales and overall boutique success.
  • Support watch and jewelry events.
  • Address customer inquiries regarding the functionality and knowledge of watches and jewelry, as well as competitor products.
  • Convey the story of Chanel's jewelry collections to clients.
  • Maintain relationships with key clients and identify WFJ clients from fashion clientele.
  • Collaborate closely with the watch and jewelry technician team to provide superior service.
  • Inspire and engage the boutique team and clients with a deep interest in watches and jewelry.
  • Continuously share and impart watch and jewelry knowledge with the boutique team.
  • Support Fashion Advisors in client presentations.
  • Lead morning briefings and action plans, sharing key watch and jewelry information with the boutique team.
  • Collaborate with other category teams to maximize synergies in watches and jewelry.
  • Work with the merchandising team on boutique watch and jewelry inventory.
  • Lead management and reporting tasks related to watches and jewelry.
  • Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team to support VM setup.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in luxury retail, particularly in watches and fine jewelry.
  • Strong understanding of the luxury market and client expectations.
  • Ability to lead and inspire a team.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong leadership and motivational skills. Proficiency in client relationship management. In-depth knowledge of watches and fine jewelry.

Experience

Significant experience in luxury retail, with a focus on watches and fine jewelry, is required.
