Join Chanel in Paris as a Senior Project Manager for High-End Jewelry and Watches. Drive sales and manage exceptional pieces in a luxury retail environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Orchestrate and develop high-end sales across French boutiques, ensuring the availability of exceptional pieces for presentations and assortments.
- Manage the high-end stock flow including allocation, routing, rebalancing, and transfer to ensure timely availability for client presentations and events.
- Coordinate with various teams such as SAV, ADV, VM, Marketing, Learning, and Direction for successful presentations and launches.
- Monitor assortments, presentations, and sales on dedicated platforms and drive continuous improvement of processes and tools.
- Ensure flawless execution of key events and client presentations, enhancing the brand's image and strengthening client relationships.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail with a strong understanding of high-end market challenges.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage relationships with multiple stakeholders.
- Proven adaptability and problem-solving skills in complex environments.
- Fluency in English.
