Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans for the UK Beauty sector to enhance brand equity and achieve business objectives.
- Lead the 360-degree launch planning for all Beauty campaigns, ensuring alignment across all client touchpoints.
- Oversee the forecasting process for new product launches in collaboration with Brand Managers and Demand Planning teams.
- Define product positioning and pricing strategies across omni-channel environments to optimize market presence.
- Manage the promotional budget with precision and efficiency.
- Conduct market and client intelligence to anticipate future opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
- Empower and develop the marketing team to maximize performance and foster talent growth.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in marketing within the Beauty or Luxury industry.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams.
- Strong strategic planning and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Skills
Experience
Extensive experience in marketing roles within the Beauty or Luxury industry, with a focus on strategic planning and team leadership.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
