Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement standardized supply chain processes globally to support the Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle, including inventory control, order processing, and shipping.
- Collaborate with regional warehouse leaders to ensure adherence to best practices and alignment with corporate O2C objectives.
- Lead the design and deployment of a global Warehouse Management System (WMS) strategy to enhance operational efficiency and scalability.
- Optimize warehouse management solutions configurations and workflows across regions.
- Utilize WMS data analytics to identify and drive global process improvement initiatives.
- Manage integrations between WMS and other enterprise systems to support end-to-end supply chain visibility.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for supply chain issues within the global O2C process.
- Partner with IT and external vendors to support the global roll-out of Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Define and track global KPIs for WMS and O2C processes, presenting regular reports to executive leadership.
- Provide guidance and support to regional warehouse leaders on WMS functionalities and best practices.
- Develop and implement training programs for regional teams on advanced WMS features.
- Act as the guardian of the Fix, Flex, Free framework within the O2C process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Advanced degree or certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, APICS, PMP) are a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years in warehouse management, supply chain, or logistics with significant experience in a global leadership role.
