Chanel is seeking a Senior Manager of Skincare Education in New York City. This full-time role involves leading skincare education initiatives and collaborating with various teams to drive business strategies.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement local and global skincare education programs and initiatives.
- Lead and mentor National Skincare Experts, establishing protocols aligned with the global skincare vision.
- Collaborate with Field Sales Leadership, Account Development, and Marketing teams to drive skincare business initiatives.
- Consult with senior leadership on education and development strategies to enhance CHANEL services at the point of sale.
- Partner with the Skincare Marketing team to translate marketing strategies into effective selling approaches.
- Execute the Skincare Experts program to reinforce CHANEL’s authority in skincare and deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Create and maintain educational materials, including product knowledge and brand history, for Beauty Advisors.
- Conduct train-the-trainer workshops for Education Executives and Field Team members.
- Engage with retail partners to assess learning needs and design appropriate educational solutions.
- Forecast product needs to support educational programs and ensure compliance with legal guidelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development.
- 3+ years of esthetics experience.
- Minimum 5+ years of retail/field sales or relevant experience.
- Experience in instructional design for beauty skill building preferred.

Minimum of 5 years in Learning & Development, with additional experience in esthetics and retail/field sales.
Education
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Compensation
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $87,500 through $130,000. Additional compensation includes benefits and perks.
