Chanel is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Process Order-to-Cash in London. This role involves leading O2C processes using Microsoft Dynamics 365 to optimize global operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Leverage advanced knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 to design and optimize Order-to-Cash (O2C) workflows, configurations, and integrations.
- Serve as the primary technical resource on D365 for the O2C team, supporting troubleshooting efforts and ensuring data accuracy.
- Collaborate with Global Tech team and external partners to manage D365 system updates, releases, and integrations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the O2C function using D365’s reporting and analytics capabilities.
- Implement change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote best practices in O2C processes and D365 functionalities.
- Act as a liaison between Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, and Tech to support end-to-end O2C processes.
- Address escalations and complex issues related to O2C processes and D365.
- Define, implement, and standardize O2C processes globally, ensuring alignment with best practices.
- Monitor and assess global O2C performance, ensuring alignment with key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Act as the guardian of the Fix, Flex, Free framework within the O2C process.
- Develop and track global O2C KPIs and metrics to monitor performance and drive data-driven decision-making.
- Prepare and present performance reports to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- MBA or relevant certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, APICS, PMP) are celebrated.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 5 years in O2C, Finance Operations, or Global Solution deployment roles, preferably with an ERP.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
