Join Chanel in London as a Senior Internal Audit Manager. Lead complex audits across global functions, engage with senior leaders, and contribute to risk management in a dynamic luxury environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee complex audits across Finance, Technology, People & Organisation, Legal, and Business Ethics.
  • Ensure strategic alignment with Chanel's objectives and professional standards.
  • Manage multiple concurrent audits from risk assessment to stakeholder engagement and reporting.
  • Engage directly with senior leaders across global functions to strengthen governance, risk management, and internal controls.
  • Contribute to enterprise risk management initiatives.
  • Coach audit team members and foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Occasional travel (up to 20% per year) to collaborate with divisional, regional, and local teams.

Qualifications

  • Solid experience in external audit, internal audit, and/or risk management, preferably in an international business environment.
  • Experience in the retail, consumer goods, or luxury industry is highly valued.
  • Professional qualifications such as CPA, CIA, CISA, and CFE are an advantage.

Skills

Strong analytical skills and sound business judgement. Ability to manage multiple assignments and balance attention to detail with seeing the bigger picture. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in engaging with senior leaders to influence outcomes and build trust. Collaborative nature and ability to thrive in diverse teams. Proactive and innovative mindset with comfort in working with data-analytics and technology.

Experience

Extensive experience in external and internal audit, ideally gained in an international business environment, with a preference for experience in the retail, consumer goods, or luxury industry.
