Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a boutique team to ensure alignment with Chanel's strategic goals and boutique objectives.
  • Supervise, train, and coach team members to achieve high levels of product expertise and customer experience.
  • Organize and oversee the sales floor to optimize customer engagement and sales performance.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and set individual development goals for team members.
  • Identify, recruit, and retain top talent within the industry.
  • Monitor sales activities to ensure achievement of sales targets and implement strategies to enhance business performance.
  • Regularly report to the Boutique Director on team activities and performance metrics.
  • Ensure adherence to company procedures and optimize the use of available tools and resources.
  • Implement Visual Merchandising guidelines to maintain an inviting and organized boutique environment.
  • Create personalized customer experiences to foster long-lasting client relationships and brand loyalty.
  • Represent Chanel at internal and external events to enhance brand visibility and reputation.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales within the luxury jewelry and watch sector.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and capable of thriving in a dynamic environment.
  • Fluency in English is required.

Experience

Extensive experience in luxury sales, particularly in fine jewelry and watches, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading a team.

Education
