Role & Responsibilities
- Embody and communicate the distinctive style of Chanel within a retail environment.
- Ensure an exceptional client experience in alignment with Chanel's values for both local and international clientele.
- Guide and build trust with each client, sparking interest in Chanel's Fragrance & Beauty universe.
- Contribute to team spirit and the performance of the retail location with elegance, enthusiasm, humility, and open-mindedness.
Qualifications
- Higher education qualification (from Bac +1 to Bac +5).
- Strong interest in Chanel, its values, and brand codes.
Skills
Experience
No specific experience required, but a keen interest in luxury retail and customer service is advantageous.
