Join Chanel in Paris as a Sales Advisor for Fine Jewelry and Watches at Galeries Lafayette Haussmann. Full-time role in luxury sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients and guide them through their boutique journey.
  • Deliver a warm, bespoke, and ultimate client experience.
  • Cultivate clients' desire for Chanel through storytelling and deep brand knowledge.
  • Manage and develop a client database to extend the Chanel experience beyond the boutique visit.
  • Achieve sales targets using all available tools and strategies.
  • Maintain knowledge of procedures to ensure boutique operations run smoothly.
  • Handle customer transactions and ensure accurate payment processing.
  • Provide after-sales service and support.
  • Contribute to boutique upkeep and inventory management.
  • Share best practices with the team and enhance collective knowledge and skills.

Qualifications

  • Professional experience in sales, with a passion for fine jewelry and watches.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong team player.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a constantly evolving environment.
  • Strong performance and challenge-oriented mindset.
  • Cultural openness.

Skills

Fluency in English (proficiency in a third language is advantageous). Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities. Customer service excellence. Sales and target achievement. Team collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Experience

Proven track record in luxury sales, particularly in fine jewelry and watches.
