Join Chanel in Paris as a Sales Advisor for Fine Jewelry and Watches. Located at Place Vendôme, this full-time position offers a prestigious work environment in the luxury fashion industry.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients and guide them through the boutique experience.
  • Provide a warm, bespoke, and ultimate customer experience.
  • Cultivate clients' desire and dream for Chanel by combining storytelling with profound brand knowledge.
  • Manage and develop a personal client portfolio to ensure continued engagement with Chanel post-visit.
  • Achieve sales targets using all available resources.
  • Maintain knowledge of procedures to ensure smooth boutique operations.
  • Handle customer transactions and ensure accurate payment processing.
  • Provide after-sales service to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Contribute to boutique upkeep and stock management.
  • Share best practices with the team, fostering a dynamic and knowledgeable environment.

Qualifications

  • Professional experience in sales, particularly in Fine Jewelry and Watches.
  • Passion for the luxury industry and Chanel's heritage.

Skills

Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong team spirit. Proactive with the ability to listen and adapt in a constantly evolving environment. Strong performance and challenge-driven mindset. Intercultural openness. Fluent in English (proficiency in a third language is an asset).

Experience

Previous experience in luxury retail, specifically in Fine Jewelry and Watches, is required.
