Join Chanel in Paris as a Sales Advisor for Fine Jewelry and Watches. Full-time position offering a dynamic and prestigious work environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients and guide them through a bespoke journey within the boutique.
  • Deliver an exceptional, warm, and personalized client experience.
  • Cultivate clients' desire and dream for Chanel by combining storytelling with a profound knowledge of the brand, its heritage, modernity, and craftsmanship.
  • Manage and develop a client database to ensure continued engagement beyond the boutique visit.
  • Achieve sales targets by leveraging all available tools and strategies.
  • Maintain knowledge of procedures to ensure smooth boutique operations.
  • Handle client transactions and ensure accurate payment processing.
  • Provide after-sales service to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the boutique's upkeep and inventory management.
  • Share best practices with the team, fostering a dynamic and knowledgeable environment.

Qualifications

  • Professional experience in sales, particularly in fine jewelry and watches.
  • Passion for the luxury industry and Chanel's offerings.

Skills

Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong team-oriented mindset. Proactive with strong listening and adaptability skills in a constantly evolving environment. Strong performance and challenge-oriented attitude. Intercultural openness. Fluent in English; proficiency in a third language is advantageous.

Experience

Proven experience in luxury sales, particularly within the fine jewelry and watch sectors.
