Join Chanel in Paris as a Retail Operations and Business Analyst Intern. Enhance your skills in a dynamic luxury fashion environment starting January 2025.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive business analyses to monitor the performance of the Parfums Beauté boutiques in France.
  • Update, optimize, and create activity tracking reports, including sales evolution, stock levels, and in-store traffic.
  • Monitor monthly individual performance KPIs for the sales force and clienteling KPIs.
  • Serve as a key liaison with boutiques for stock management and product flow operations.
  • Forecast monthly allocations for samples, institutional materials, and wrapping.
  • Coordinate product transfers and returns of discontinued items.
  • Play a pivotal role in orchestrating product launches, including campaign forecasting and boutique support.
  • Develop newsletters to highlight key events and periods.
  • Contribute to the organization and presentation of Retail committees, operational committees, and seminars.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Business School or University, pursuing a degree equivalent to Bac+4/5.
  • Fluent in French.

Skills

Strong analytical and synthesis skills with a keen interest in numbers. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Creative with the ability to produce impactful presentations. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Adaptable and agile in a challenging environment.

Experience

Previous experience in Retail or Sales is required.

Education

Pursuing a degree in Business or a related field.
