Join Chanel in Neuilly-sur-Seine as a Project Coordinator for Fragrance & Beauty Campaigns. This full-time role requires expertise in multimedia project management and offers a dynamic work environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage and process media briefs for DOOH and travel retail worldwide.
  • Oversee the production of deliverables for Media DOOH briefs targeting various markets.
  • Develop and maintain POS and digital guidelines for fragrance and beauty video campaigns.
  • Ensure adherence to graphic charter codes across all deployed media.
  • Guarantee timely delivery schedules for each campaign.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in multimedia or digital project management.
  • Previous experience in project management roles.

Skills

Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects). Strong artistic sensibility. Excellent organizational and meticulous attention to detail. Dynamic and inquisitive nature. Proficiency in English.

Experience

Prior experience in a project management capacity within a corporate environment is required.

Education

Master's degree in multimedia or digital project management.
