Chanel is seeking a Print and Display Localization Intern in Neuilly-sur-Seine, France. Join a dynamic team in the luxury fashion industry.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the operational follow-up of ongoing projects in collaboration with the Localization team, internal and external teams, and various countries, ensuring the quality of deliverables.
  • Manage PRINT PRESS requests from internal stakeholders via the dedicated order platform, ensuring technical requirements and deadlines are met.
  • Coordinate technical material requests with the Artistic Direction services and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery to magazines and countries for final printing.
  • Handle PRINT DISPLAY requests from internal stakeholders or direct contact with European countries, ensuring technical requirements and deadlines are met.
  • Coordinate technical material requests with the Artistic Direction services and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery to markets/agencies for final printing.
  • Manage administrative tasks, including drafting and sending order forms to suppliers.
  • Update daily dashboards and service activity summaries regarding the number of posters produced.

Qualifications

  • Higher education in advertising, university degree, or equivalent.

Skills

Dynamic, organized, rigorous, and curious. Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team. Flexibility and autonomy. Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office suite.

Experience

No specific experience required, but relevant academic background in advertising or related fields is preferred.

Education

Higher education in advertising, university degree, or equivalent.
