Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide exemplary customer service through phone inquiries, ensuring timely and courteous responses.
  • Accurately document and relay messages to Fashion Advisors promptly.
  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships by addressing queries effectively.
  • Assist with cashier duties, ensuring precise transaction processing.
  • Maintain and stock Cash and Wrap stations as required.
  • Prepare packaging and assist with gift wrapping as needed.
  • Deliver the highest level of service to colleagues and clients, responding promptly to requests.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, management, and Chanel Head Office.
  • Maintain confidentiality of the company's commercial activities and internal affairs.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of successful experience in customer service, preferably in retail operations or phone customer service.

Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong organizational and follow-up skills. Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work retail business hours, including weekends and out-of-hours as needed. Comfortable collaborating with different departments and teams. Fluency in English; French proficiency is a plus.

Experience

1-3 years of experience in customer service, with a preference for retail operations or phone customer service.

Workplace

This position is based in North York, Ontario, Canada, within easy reach of Toronto.

Compensation

Competitive salary of $55,000 CAD annually plus bonus.
