Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exemplary customer service over the phone, ensuring professional and courteous communication.
- Accurately document and relay messages to Fashion Advisors in a timely manner.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships by responding promptly and appropriately to inquiries.
- Assist with cashier duties, ensuring precise transaction processing.
- Prepare and stock Cash and Wrap stations as required.
- Assist with packaging and gift wrapping of parcels.
- Maintain high standards of customer service for colleagues and clients, including prompt response to requests from Clients, Boutique Management, and Head Office.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and management across various departments and boutiques.
- Uphold confidentiality of the company's commercial activities and internal affairs.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of successful experience in customer service, preferably in retail operations or phone customer service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work retail business hours, including weekends and flexible hours as needed.
- Comfortable collaborating with different departments and teams.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in French is an asset.
