Join Chanel in Neuilly-sur-Seine as an Office Manager. This full-time role offers the opportunity to support the CIO Office and contribute to the brand's global operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide governance support to the CIO Office across divisions, regions, and corporate functions.
  • Prepare, facilitate, and document meetings and proceedings.
  • Assist teams in deploying and tracking tools, and drafting internal processes.
  • Support the implementation and monitoring of the roadmap.
  • Create internal and external communication materials, including newsletters.
  • Maintain and update the entity's intranet content and technical aspects.
  • Coordinate and disseminate information to teams.
  • Draft and transmit reports to financial control.
  • Manage orders, track and receive deliveries using dedicated tools.
  • Handle supplier relations, including order confirmations and invoicing.

Qualifications

  • Pursuing a university degree in management, business school, engineering, or equivalent.
  • Seeking a final-year internship or apprenticeship, Bac+4/5 level.

Skills

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and SharePoint. Familiarity with Jira/Confluence and agile methodologies. Comfortable working with numbers and budget reviews. Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a multicultural environment.

Experience

No specific prior experience required, but familiarity with office management and digital tools is advantageous.

Education

Currently pursuing a Bac+4/5 level degree in management, business, engineering, or equivalent.

Workplace

This position is based in Neuilly-sur-Seine, Île-de-France, France, within easy reach of Paris.
