Role & Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the efficient operation of the occupational health service.
  • Collaborate closely with occupational physicians to organize the activities of the health service.
  • Conduct individual health assessments in accordance with established protocols.
  • Provide first aid and emergency care to employees during service hours.
  • Manage workplace accident documentation and liaise with the HR department.
  • Maintain records of minor workplace accidents.
  • Offer preventive health advice and contribute to risk management initiatives.
  • Participate in the implementation of health campaigns and public health initiatives.
  • Attend health and safety committee meetings and conduct workplace studies as needed.
  • Manage administrative tasks including medical record maintenance and appointment scheduling.
  • Oversee the procurement of medical supplies and manage budgetary aspects of the health service.

Qualifications

  • State Diploma in Nursing and an Inter-University Diploma in Occupational Health or equivalent qualification.
  • Certification in emergency care (AFGSU - Level 2).

Skills

Strong pedagogical skills and discretion. Empathy and active listening abilities. Crisis and emergency management skills. Proficiency in Kenora software is advantageous.

Experience

Ideally, candidates should have prior experience in a corporate setting, complemented by experience in emergency services or similar environments.

Education

State Diploma in Nursing and an Inter-University Diploma in Occupational Health or equivalent qualification.

Workplace

The successful candidate will be located in Neuilly-sur-Seine, Île-de-France, France, with easy access to Paris.
