Role & Responsibilities
- Contribute to the efficient operation of the occupational health service.
- Collaborate closely with occupational physicians to organize the activities of the health service.
- Conduct individual health assessments in accordance with established protocols.
- Provide first aid and emergency care to employees during service hours.
- Manage workplace accident documentation and liaise with the HR department.
- Maintain records of minor workplace accidents.
- Offer preventive health advice and contribute to risk management initiatives.
- Participate in the implementation of health campaigns and public health initiatives.
- Attend health and safety committee meetings and conduct workplace studies as needed.
- Manage administrative tasks including medical record maintenance and appointment scheduling.
- Oversee the procurement of medical supplies and manage budgetary aspects of the health service.
Qualifications
- State Diploma in Nursing and an Inter-University Diploma in Occupational Health or equivalent qualification.
- Certification in emergency care (AFGSU - Level 2).
Skills
Experience
Ideally, candidates should have prior experience in a corporate setting, complemented by experience in emergency services or similar environments.
Education
State Diploma in Nursing and an Inter-University Diploma in Occupational Health or equivalent qualification.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Neuilly-sur-Seine, Île-de-France, France, with easy access to Paris.
