Join Chanel in Paris as a Marketing Coordinator for Watches and Jewelry. Full-time role in a dynamic luxury environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist the Product Manager for the PREMIÈRE watch line and the Jewelry Group Leader in daily operations.
  • Contribute to the development of launch materials, including sales arguments, storytelling, and technical sheets.
  • Prepare marketing meetings and presentations for sales teams and markets.
  • Conduct competitive and sales analyses as needed.
  • Develop product manuals for the watch line and manage the marketing watch vault.
  • Coordinate the production of sizing visuals for all watch references.
  • Manage jewelry marketing vault, including loan requests and inventory tracking.
  • Collaborate with Heritage, Finance, and Studio teams to streamline jewelry circulation.
  • Oversee international shipments and coordinate with the Vendôme stockist.
  • Organize and execute inventory preparations and logistical needs.
  • Lead logistics for visual shoots and seminars, coordinating product flows and creative briefs.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in marketing coordination, demonstrating organizational rigor and prioritization skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proactive and autonomous approach in a dynamic environment.

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Strong English language skills for reporting and presentations.

Experience

Previous experience in marketing coordination within a luxury or related industry.
