Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage a dedicated portfolio of client orders, optimizing order preparation and ensuring adherence to guidelines, packaging, and shipping protocols.
  • Maintain operational communication with Distribution Center teams to ensure seamless execution of global order flows.
  • Ensure optimal order allocation with Supply Chain teams and regional partners to achieve target service levels.
  • Oversee the launch orders for new products, aligning with local marketing plans and ensuring order quantities meet forecasts.
  • Monitor the order portfolio and maintain specific zone indicators for regular activity reporting to Client Managers.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for internal order flows within the F&B Division.
  • Propose improvements to current processes within the Market Supply Specialist function.
  • Engage in continuous improvement projects as needed.

Qualifications

  • Pursuing or completed a Master's degree (Bac 4/5) in Supply Chain or a related field.
  • Fluent in English.

Skills

Excellent interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and service-oriented mindset. Dynamic, agile, and proactive with strong analytical and synthesis abilities. Proficient in IT tools, with knowledge of SAP SD module as a plus.

Experience

No specific prior experience required, but a keen interest in supply chain management is essential.

Education

Pursuing or completed a Master's degree (Bac 4/5) in Supply Chain or a related field.
