Join Chanel in Zurich as a Manager for Care & Repair Services, overseeing CHANEL & moi Les Ateliers. Full-time role requiring retail management experience, English and German proficiency.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the CHANEL & moi Les Ateliers team, ensuring alignment with regional and local aftersales teams.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for CHANEL & moi Les Ateliers in collaboration with fashion and watch & fine jewelry departments.
  • Recruit, onboard, and train team members, fostering a culture of clarity, empathy, and purpose.
  • Set objectives and drive team performance through regular feedback and reviews.
  • Enhance customer service by supporting clients throughout the repair journey, ensuring a personalized experience.
  • Handle complex customer situations with diplomacy to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Coordinate repair operations, ensuring quality control and adherence to Chanel's craftsmanship standards.
  • Optimize operational processes and ensure the availability of necessary equipment and tools.
  • Monitor product flows and consolidate repair-related data for analysis.
  • Facilitate communication and knowledge sharing within the team and with clients.
  • Conduct performance analysis and report insights to Boutique Management and Fashion and WFJ Direction.

Qualifications

  • Significant retail experience (at least 5-6 years) with management responsibilities.
  • Proven leadership abilities with a focus on purpose-driven management.
  • Strong understanding of fashion and product knowledge.
  • Familiarity with aftersales processes is advantageous.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a coaching mindset.

Skills

Exceptional client experience focus and luxury service orientation. Ability to handle complex situations with diplomacy. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Solution-oriented mindset with analytical capabilities. Proficiency in English and German.

Experience

A minimum of 5-6 years in retail management, preferably within the luxury sector.
