Role & Responsibilities

  • Verify the technical diagnosis of received items and ensure the requested repairs align with the provided information.
  • Log the start and completion of repairs in the digital system.
  • Authenticate products and identify potential counterfeit issues, reporting any findings to the administrative and logistics supervisor.
  • Independently execute product repairs based on the repair sheet, adhering to Chanel's quality standards and established timelines.
  • Conduct self-quality control checks.
  • Proactively alert the workshop supervisor if there are delays or counterfeit detections.
  • Contribute to team performance by sharing information, best practices, and identifying risks, while proposing improvements.
  • Organize products to ensure optimal flow management.

Qualifications

  • Diploma in Leather Goods or Jewelry, such as CAP, BEP, or Bac Pro in Leather Goods/Glove Making or CAP in Jewelry.
  • Proven experience in the repair, fabrication, or modeling of leather goods or jewelry.

Skills

Proficiency in using a sewing machine for leather repairs. Attention to detail and meticulousness with a sensitivity to fashion items. Agility and adaptability in tasks and interactions. Autonomy, cooperation, and a strong quality sensitivity. Familiarity with computer tools.

Experience

Confirmed experience in the repair, fabrication, or modeling of leather goods or jewelry.

Education

CAP, BEP, or Bac Pro in Leather Goods/Glove Making or CAP in Jewelry.
