Chanel seeks a Learning Program Manager in Paris for a full-time position. This role involves developing strategic learning plans and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a strategic learning plan aligned with business, brand, and people ambitions.
  • Engage and animate learning communities to foster a culture of transversality and continuous improvement.
  • Support the design and delivery of learning programs for both retail and corporate employees, focusing on critical soft skills.
  • Manage the Imagine Chanel learning offerings in collaboration with the Learning Coordinator.
  • Develop and implement metrics to evaluate the progress and effectiveness of learning initiatives.
  • Facilitate constructive dialogue between the Global Learning & Capability team and local HR Learning teams.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in learning functions and content design.
  • International mindset with experience in global environments.
  • Proven track record in consulting, facilitation, and stakeholder management.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and drive change.

Skills

Excellent consulting and facilitation skills. Robust stakeholder management and leadership abilities. Future-oriented thinking and solution effectiveness measurement. Curiosity about external trends and passion for learning and development.

Experience

At least 8 years of experience in learning functions and content design, with a focus on international environments.
