Chanel seeks a Learning Program Manager in Paris for a full-time position. This role involves developing strategic learning plans and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a strategic learning plan aligned with business, brand, and people ambitions.
- Engage and animate learning communities to foster a culture of transversality and continuous improvement.
- Support the design and delivery of learning programs for both retail and corporate employees, focusing on critical soft skills.
- Manage the Imagine Chanel learning offerings in collaboration with the Learning Coordinator.
- Develop and implement metrics to evaluate the progress and effectiveness of learning initiatives.
- Facilitate constructive dialogue between the Global Learning & Capability team and local HR Learning teams.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in learning functions and content design.
- International mindset with experience in global environments.
- Proven track record in consulting, facilitation, and stakeholder management.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and drive change.
