Role & Responsibilities

  • Adapt and execute training programs focusing on hard skills, soft skills, and brand awareness.
  • Participate in the preparation and coordination of Travel Retail Conventions, Learning Events, and TRSM meetings.
  • Support Travel Retail Sales Managers with their training activities as needed.
  • Assess training efficiency and suggest improvements for the learning experience.
  • Engage and animate the 'Fragrance Stylists' Community to enhance client experience and service excellence.
  • Assist Local Trainers in implementing client experience excellence at points of sale.
  • Collaborate with the Europe & Global Education Team on Fragrance Expertise development.
  • Create learning objectives aligned with business priorities for each session.
  • Provide regular feedback after field visits and onboarding sessions.
  • Act as a Field Coach/Mentor, setting floor visit targets and ensuring quality service implementation.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of five years of experience in training and group animation.
  • Strong background in cosmetics with essential fragrance expertise.
  • Fluency in both English and French.
  • Solid understanding of digital trends and tools.
  • Experience in the retail industry.

Skills

Strong public speaking skills with the ability to engage and inspire. Business- and performance-oriented mindset. Active listening, interviewing, and coaching skills.

Experience

At least five years of experience in training and group animation within the cosmetics industry, with a focus on fragrance expertise.

The successful candidate will be located in Paris, Île-de-France, France.
