Join Chanel in Paris as a Human Rights and Social Impact Project Coordinator. This full-time role involves supporting social responsibility strategies within the Fashion division.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Human Rights Project Manager in coordinating and driving the social responsibility strategy for Fashion activities.
  • Manage supplier support projects focusing on social aspects, collaborating closely with supplier assessment teams, sustainable sectors, and international cooperation.
  • Facilitate internal and external discussions on Human Rights and social responsibility with partners and suppliers.
  • Participate in working groups on social impact topics such as gender equity and fair compensation.
  • Contribute to the development of a monitoring program on social issues, including regulatory, competitive, and innovation aspects.
  • Produce analytical deliverables such as benchmarks, thematic deep dives, guidelines, and project animation documents like committee reports and presentations.
  • Engage in various team and company activities, including team meetings and training sessions.

Qualifications

  • Interest in human rights and social issues, ideally supported by studies or specialization in social sciences, international law, or corporate social responsibility.
  • Initial professional experience in cross-functional project management, consulting, corporate, public institution, or NGO settings.

Skills

Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities. Proficiency in multi-stakeholder project management. Excellent organizational and anticipatory skills. Strong interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Experience

Initial professional experience in cross-functional project management, consulting, corporate, public institution, or NGO settings is required.

Education

Studies or specialization in social sciences, international law, or corporate social responsibility is preferred.
