Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic partner in the high-end business sector, driving sales growth and nurturing client relationships.
- Deliver insightful boutique performance reports and enhance sales strategies through expert business acumen.
- Champion talent development and foster collaboration to drive success in high-end sales.
- Engage VIP clients and ensure exceptional service standards to enrich luxury customer experiences.
- Cultivate opportunities for UHNW client acquisition and build meaningful relationships.
- Collaborate with the Head of Boutique to curate high-end inventory and ensure effective merchandise management.
Qualifications
- Supervisory experience in high-end business sectors.
- Experience in retail, with GIA Gemologist qualification preferred.
Skills
Experience

Education
