Chanel seeks a Head of Retail Business in London to oversee Watches & Fine Jewellery boutiques, ensuring operational excellence and strategic collaboration. Full-time position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Establish operational consistency and continuous improvement across three boutique locations by sharing and implementing best practices.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between boutiques to create a cohesive business unit.
- Provide consultative support to Boutique Directors in developing action plans for business, people, and client development.
- Implement reporting methods to enhance transparency and business progress.
- Clarify and structure the role of the Retail Operations Coordinator to maximize daily operational efficiency.
- Define areas of responsibility and collaboration between Fashion and Watches & Fine Jewellery Divisions.
- Implement initiatives to strengthen relationships between divisions within boutiques.
- Create a foundation for effective communication and collaboration with headquarters, focusing on marketing and operations.
- Enhance divisional effectiveness by collaborating with stakeholders to improve current working methods.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably within the luxury sector.
- Strong leadership and consultative skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Skills
Experience
Extensive experience in retail management with a focus on luxury brands.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
