Role & Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the performance of the Chanel Fragrance and Beauty account by promoting key business objectives and KPIs.
  • Deliver expert consultations on Chanel fragrances, enhancing client immersion into the brand.
  • Lead and drive sales of Chanel fragrances while also promoting makeup and skincare products.
  • Create exceptional, personalized client experiences tailored to individual needs.
  • Act as a brand ambassador to contribute to Chanel's growth in the fragrance market.
  • Demonstrate expertise in fragrance and engage clients with storytelling about Chanel's heritage.
  • Build Chanel's client portfolio through effective data capture.
  • Drive sales contributions to overall counter performance.
  • Enrich the overall client experience using personal strengths.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a client-facing role.
  • Strong understanding of perfumery and retail environments.

Skills

Experience

Previous experience in a client-facing role is required, ideally within the luxury retail sector.
