Join Chanel in Compiegne as a Fragrance Manufacturing Operations Manager. Lead and coordinate daily manufacturing activities, ensuring safety and quality in a dynamic luxury environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide operational and organizational support by partially replacing key managers during the deployment phase, handling operational decisions and ensuring the follow-up of priority activities.
  • Coordinate daily manufacturing activities, ensuring compliance with safety instructions, adherence to production schedules, and effective workforce allocation.
  • Oversee the reception of raw materials, robot reloading, and the service of concentrates and juices.
  • Actively participate in resolving operational issues on the ground.

Qualifications

  • Engineering or university degree, ideally in chemistry, with significant experience in a production unit.

Skills

Strong leadership and communication skills across various levels. Agility and responsiveness to handle daily operational challenges. Field-oriented with a results-driven mindset.

Experience

Significant experience in a production unit, providing a solid understanding of industrial challenges and a culture of safety, quality, and performance.

Education

Engineering or university degree, ideally in chemistry.
