Join Chanel in Compiegne as a Fragrance Manufacturing Operations Manager. Lead and coordinate daily manufacturing activities, ensuring safety and quality in a dynamic luxury environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide operational and organizational support by partially replacing key managers during the deployment phase, handling operational decisions and ensuring the follow-up of priority activities.
- Coordinate daily manufacturing activities, ensuring compliance with safety instructions, adherence to production schedules, and effective workforce allocation.
- Oversee the reception of raw materials, robot reloading, and the service of concentrates and juices.
- Actively participate in resolving operational issues on the ground.
Qualifications
- Engineering or university degree, ideally in chemistry, with significant experience in a production unit.
