Role & Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the overall performance of the Chanel Fragrance and Beauty account by promoting key business objectives and KPIs.
  • Deliver expert consultations on Chanel fragrances, immersing clients in the brand experience.
  • Drive sales of Chanel fragrances while also promoting makeup and skincare products.
  • Create exceptional, personalized client experiences that are authentic and tailored to individual needs.
  • Act as a brand ambassador to enhance Chanel's presence in the fragrance market.
  • Demonstrate expertise in fragrance and engage clients with storytelling that highlights Chanel's heritage.
  • Build Chanel's client portfolio through effective data capture and relationship management.
  • Take ownership of sales contributions and impact within the team.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a client-facing role within the luxury retail sector.
  • Proven ability to build relationships quickly and foster a collaborative team spirit.

Skills

Strong understanding of the world of perfumery. Ability to deliver engaging fragrance workshops and events. Excellent storytelling skills with expressive and descriptive language. Adaptability to a dynamic retail environment. Empathy to understand client needs and identify opportunities.

Experience

Experience in a client-facing role within the luxury retail sector is required, with a focus on fragrance sales and client relationship management.
