Role & Responsibilities
- Manage the Chanel account at Heathrow Airport Terminal 3, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
- Promote business objectives and ensure the team achieves and exceeds sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service to create personalized client experiences.
- Develop the business by increasing sales volume and productivity.
- Build Chanel's client portfolio through strategic data capture.
- Drive sales contributions to enhance overall counter performance.

- Conduct training sessions and organize team meetings to inform and inspire staff about products and procedures.
