Role & Responsibilities

  • Embrace and convey the unique style of Chanel within a retail environment.
  • Ensure an exceptional client experience aligned with the brand's values for both local and international clientele.
  • Guide and build trust with each client, sparking interest in Chanel's Fragrance and Beauty universe.
  • Contribute to the team spirit and performance of the retail location with elegance, enthusiasm, humility, and open-mindedness.

Qualifications

  • Higher education qualification (from Bac +1 to Bac +5) with a strong interest in Chanel and its brand values.
  • Keen awareness of multicultural environments.
  • Recognized for responsiveness, commercial dynamism, and strong interpersonal and service skills.

Skills

Fluency in English is essential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Experience

No specific experience required, but a passion for luxury retail and customer service is advantageous.

Education

Higher education qualification (from Bac +1 to Bac +5).
