Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as a Chanel ambassador, embodying the brand's values and ethos.
  • Demonstrate expertise in fragrance, makeup, and skincare to create personalized client experiences.
  • Ensure exceptional client service in line with Chanel's standards and rituals.
  • Foster long-term client relationships to enhance loyalty and retention.
  • Contribute to sales performance through effective use of products, services, and clienteling tools.
  • Adopt an omni-channel approach to ensure seamless client experiences across in-store and online platforms.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and collective objectives.

Skills

Proven client-facing experience with a focus on delivering superior client experiences. Ability to confidently apply product knowledge to meet client needs. Strong understanding of fragrance and beauty products with the ability to link them to client needs. Empathy and active listening skills to adapt sales approaches to client needs. Passion for fragrance and beauty products, demonstrated through interactions with clients and team members. Problem-solving skills to overcome client objections and challenges.

Experience

Previous experience in a client-facing role within the luxury retail sector is preferred.
