Role & Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate expertise in fragrance, makeup, and skincare to enhance client experiences.
  • Create personalized and authentic client interactions tailored to individual needs.
  • Ensure exceptional client service in line with Chanel's standards and rituals.
  • Build and maintain long-lasting client relationships to foster loyalty.
  • Contribute to sales performance through effective use of products, services, and clienteling tools.
  • Promote cross-selling across all product categories.
  • Adopt an omni-channel approach to provide seamless client experiences from in-store to online.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a client-facing role with a focus on delivering excellent client experiences.

Skills

Strong service-oriented approach. Confidence in applying product expertise to meet client needs. In-depth knowledge of fragrance and beauty products. Empathy and active listening skills. Passion for fragrance and beauty products. Problem-solving attitude.

Experience

Experience in a client-facing role within the luxury retail sector is required.
