Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as a Chanel ambassador, embodying the brand's values and DNA.
  • Demonstrate expertise in fragrance, makeup, and skincare to create personalized client experiences.
  • Ensure excellence in client service in alignment with Chanel's standards and rituals.
  • Build and maintain long-lasting client relationships to enhance loyalty.
  • Contribute to sales performance through product, service, and clienteling tools.
  • Adopt an omni-channel approach to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Collaborate within a team-oriented environment to achieve individual and collective goals.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a client-facing role with a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences.

Skills

Strong service orientation with a focus on client satisfaction. Confidence in applying product expertise to meet client needs. In-depth knowledge of fragrance and beauty products. Empathy and active listening skills to adapt to client needs. Passion for fragrance and beauty products and services. Problem-solving skills to overcome obstacles and objections.

Experience

Previous experience in a client-facing role within the luxury retail sector is required.
