Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as a CHANEL ambassador, embodying the brand's values and mission.
  • Demonstrate expertise in fragrance, makeup, and skincare to provide personalized client experiences.
  • Ensure superior client service in alignment with CHANEL's standards and rituals.
  • Cultivate and maintain enduring client relationships to enhance loyalty and retention.
  • Contribute to sales performance through strategic use of products, services, and clienteling tools.
  • Adopt an omni-channel approach to deliver seamless client experiences across platforms.
  • Collaborate within a diverse and inclusive team to achieve both individual and collective objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a client-facing role with a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences.

Skills

Strong service orientation with a client-centric approach. Confidence in applying product knowledge to meet client needs. In-depth knowledge of fragrance and beauty products. Empathy and active listening skills to adapt sales strategies to client needs. Passion for fragrance and beauty products, demonstrated through engagement with clients and team. Problem-solving skills to address and overcome client objections.

Experience

Experience in a client-facing role within the luxury retail sector, particularly in fragrance and beauty.
