Role & Responsibilities
- Embody and communicate the unique style of the House of Chanel within a retail environment.
- Ensure the delivery of an exceptional client experience aligned with Chanel's values to both local and international clientele.
- Guide and engage each client, building trust and interest in Chanel's Fragrance & Beauty universe.
- Contribute to team spirit and retail performance with elegance, enthusiasm, humility, and open-mindedness.
Qualifications
- Higher education degree (from Bac +1 to Bac +5) with a strong interest in Chanel, its values, and brand codes.
Skills
Experience
No specific experience required, but a keen interest in luxury retail and customer service is essential.

Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Bordeaux, Nouvelle-Aquitaine, France.
