Chanel seeks a Fragrance & Beauty Sales Consultant in Glasgow. Join a luxury brand dedicated to creativity and excellence. Part-time, fixed-term position.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as a Chanel ambassador, embodying the brand's values and mission.
  • Provide exceptional client service in fragrance, makeup, and skincare.
  • Create personalized client experiences tailored to individual needs.
  • Build and maintain long-lasting client relationships to enhance loyalty.
  • Contribute to sales performance through product knowledge and clienteling tools.
  • Adopt an omni-channel approach to ensure seamless client experiences.
  • Collaborate within a team to achieve individual and collective goals.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a client-facing role with a focus on delivering excellent service.

Skills

Strong product knowledge in fragrance, makeup, and skincare. Ability to tailor product recommendations to client needs. Excellent communication and active listening skills. Problem-solving attitude and ability to overcome objections. Passion for the beauty industry and staying informed on trends.

Experience

Previous experience in a client-facing role within the luxury or beauty industry is required.
