Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as a distinguished ambassador for Chanel, embodying the brand's values and ethos.
- Deliver exceptional client service by creating personalized and authentic experiences tailored to individual needs.
- Demonstrate expertise in fragrance, makeup, and skincare to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Build and nurture long-lasting relationships to recruit, retain, and increase client loyalty.
- Contribute to sales performance by utilizing various tools and strategies, including cross-selling across product categories.
- Maintain an omni-channel mindset to ensure a seamless client experience from in-store to online.
- Collaborate within a dynamic and inclusive team to achieve both individual and collective goals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a client-facing role with a focus on delivering excellent client experiences.
- Confidence in applying product expertise to meet client needs in a personalized manner.
- Strong knowledge of fragrance and beauty products with the ability to link product knowledge to client needs.
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in a luxury retail environment, particularly in fragrance and beauty, is preferred.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Glasgow, Scotland, UK.
