Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as a Chanel ambassador, embodying the brand's values and mission.
- Demonstrate expertise in fragrance, makeup, and skincare to enhance client experiences.
- Create personalized and authentic client interactions tailored to individual needs.
- Ensure superior client service in alignment with Chanel's standards and rituals.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships to foster loyalty and retention.
- Contribute to sales performance through effective use of products, services, and clienteling tools.
- Promote an omni-channel approach to provide seamless client experiences across in-store and online platforms.
- Collaborate within a supportive and inclusive community to achieve collective and individual objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a client-facing role with a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences.
- Confidence in applying product knowledge to meet client needs in a personalized manner.
- Strong understanding of fragrance and beauty products with the ability to link knowledge to client requirements.
- Empathy and active listening skills to adapt sales approaches to client needs.
- Passion for fragrance and beauty products, demonstrated through enthusiasm and engagement.
