Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as a brand ambassador for Chanel, embodying the company's values and mission.
- Deliver exceptional client service, adhering to Chanel's standards and rituals.
- Create personalized and authentic experiences for clients, tailored to their individual needs.
- Foster and maintain long-term client relationships to enhance loyalty and retention.
- Contribute to sales performance through effective use of products, services, and clienteling tools.
- Promote cross-selling across all product categories.
- Adopt an omni-channel approach to ensure a seamless client experience from in-store to online.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve both individual and collective goals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a client-facing role with a focus on delivering excellent service.
- Ability to apply product expertise to meet client needs in a personalized manner.
- Demonstrated knowledge of fragrance and beauty products.
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in a luxury retail environment is preferred, particularly in a client-facing role.

This position is based in Galway, Connacht, Ireland.
