Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as a Chanel ambassador, embodying the brand's values and mission.
  • Demonstrate expertise in fragrance, makeup, and skincare to provide personalized client experiences.
  • Ensure excellence in client service in line with Chanel's rituals and standards.
  • Build and maintain long-lasting client relationships to enhance loyalty.
  • Contribute to sales performance through effective use of products, services, and clienteling tools.
  • Adopt an omni-channel approach to create seamless client experiences across in-store and online platforms.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a client-facing role with a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences.

Skills

Strong service orientation and ability to deliver personalized client experiences. Confidence in applying product expertise to meet client needs. In-depth knowledge of fragrance and beauty products. Empathy and active listening skills to adapt sales approach to client needs. Passion for fragrance and beauty products and services. Problem-solving skills to overcome obstacles and objections.

Experience

Previous experience in a client-facing role within the luxury retail sector is essential.
